The harada method

Today's approach was to fill out an open window 64 document. One thing I've noticed in the task creation is how easy it is not to stray from being specific in the tasks. The first few tasks i listed were specific in terms of quantity and frequency. As i added more tasks i felt it was difficult to be as specific. It's possible that i fear overreaching and not having enough time to do each task.

When it involves something like exercise, I kind of rely on past history to see what is reasonable in terms of frequency.

Today may not have been the most ideal day for me to fill this out as I am tired from my return from a trip to Chicago so i'm a little short on sleep.
